Contractors working for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery must first be registered in the online Cook Colliery Workforce Management System.

The system underscores the Constellation Mining commitment to the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone working for us.

It allows contracting companies to register their business details to create an account, and then register their workers, selecting the role they perform at Cook Colliery, and booking inductions which must be completed to work safely on site.

The system allow Constellation Mining and its contractors to manage a shared duty of care and meet safety obligations.

The Registration Process

Follow the steps below to register as a contractor for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery.

We suggest you read through the steps before you get started, so you understand what you need to source and upload about your employees who will work for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery. A nominated administrator from your business will be required to complete this process.

The next steps are to add your workers to ensure their compliance to work for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery.

Step 2 > Add employees/contractors and order access cards

Now your business is registered, you can add your workers in the system! You’ll start by selecting Manage Roles and then Add New Employee. From here you can enter and save their personal contact details, address, phone and email. You will also order their ID cards to work at Cook Colliery.

Step 3 > Add roles, upload documents and book training

You will next select your worker’s name to Add New Role and choose the role/s they’ll perform at Cook Colliery.

Your selections here will determine the competency documents (licences, for example) you’ll upload in the system to prove your worker’s qualifications to perform the chosen role/s. Information about the documents you’ll need to supply can be found on the Help and Resources page.

As you’ve chosen roles, corresponding online training will have also been selected for your worker.

Registration and the online induction costs $100 + GST. Inductions are valid for five years. Annual renewal of worker registration is $55 + GST

Pegasus validates documents and applies roles

Pegasus will validate the documents you’ve uploaded for your workers during registration. You’ll be emailed if there are any issues and given a chance to update the information. Upon document approval, the roles will be applied to your workers in the system and their ID cards printed for site access.

You may also wish to invite your registered employees to the Worker Portal, where they can manage their own compliance. Simply select the Invite Employee option from their profile. Visit the Worker Portal page for more information.

It’s important to keep your company and worker details up to date, so you’ll be emailed if any documents are expiring so you can update them in the system.

You will book and pay for the online induction as part of contractor registration, a cost of $100 + GST which includes the validation of your data and access to a support team. Inductions are valid for five years. Annual renewal of worker registration is $55 + GST

How do I renew the annual worker registration?

  • Select the LOGIN button at the top of the page
  • Under Pending actions select subscription renewals
  • Select add all to cart to add all workers, or add to cart next to each worker and Checkout
  • Select Checkout to enter payment details ($55 + GST per worker)
  • The subscription will be valid for another 12 months. A tax invoice will be emailed or can be downloaded upon payment


How are site access cards received?

Upon registration, Pegasus site access cards will be printed and distributed at site.

Can I fast track an application?

Yes, Pegasus offers an escalation procedure.
