Follow the steps below to register as a contractor for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery.
We suggest you read through the steps before you get started, so you understand what you need to source and upload about your employees who will work for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery. A nominated administrator from your business will be required to complete this process.

Step 1 > Register your business in the Cook Colliery Workforce Management System
Click the button above to go to the system.
> Start by selecting the country your business operates in, and then search for your ABN
> Enter contact details, including email and business address and phone number
> Select Request Registration to have the business registration verified and be emailed login details

The next steps are to add your workers to ensure their compliance to work for Constellation Mining at Cook Colliery.
Step 2 > Add employees/contractors and order access cards
Now your business is registered, you can add your workers in the system! You’ll start by selecting Manage Roles and then Add New Employee. From here you can enter and save their personal contact details, address, phone and email. You will also order their ID cards to work at Cook Colliery.
Step 3 > Add roles, upload documents and book training
You will next select your worker’s name to Add New Role and choose the role/s they’ll perform at Cook Colliery.
Your selections here will determine the competency documents (licences, for example) you’ll upload in the system to prove your worker’s qualifications to perform the chosen role/s. Information about the documents you’ll need to supply can be found on the Help and Resources page.
As you’ve chosen roles, corresponding online training will have also been selected for your worker.
Registration and the online induction costs $100 + GST. Inductions are valid for five years. Annual renewal of worker registration is $55 + GST
Pegasus validates documents and applies roles
Pegasus will validate the documents you’ve uploaded for your workers during registration. You’ll be emailed if there are any issues and given a chance to update the information. Upon document approval, the roles will be applied to your workers in the system and their ID cards printed for site access.
You may also wish to invite your registered employees to the Worker Portal, where they can manage their own compliance. Simply select the Invite Employee option from their profile. Visit the Worker Portal page for more information.
It’s important to keep your company and worker details up to date, so you’ll be emailed if any documents are expiring so you can update them in the system.
